Terms and conditions

1. Validity
These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by Red Dot Commerce to you. Red Dot Commerce may amend these terms from time to time. You shall be notified of any amendments by a notice on the Red Dot Commerce site.

2. Contract
No contract shall exist between you and Red Dot Commerce until Red Dot Commerce has sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Red Dot Commerce is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order appearing on Red Dot Commerce's site or for unavailability (see 3. below). Red Dot Commerce reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered. By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.

3. Pricing and Availability
The prices of the goods are specified on the Red Dot Commerce site. Such information is subject to change without notice. Each price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at the standard dutch rate). In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, or that Red Dot Commerce needs to vary the price due to supplier price increases, tax changes or site errors for example, following confirmation of your order Red Dot Commerce shall send you a notification by email and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order if Red Dot Commerce has not done so itself.

4. Delivery of Goods
Red Dot Commerce shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. We'll try to deliver within 8 working days for adresses in Europe. For the rest of the world mostly we deliver within 10-14 days. With longer delivery times in the rest of the world we send you an e-mail with delivery information. All delivery times quoted on the Red Dot Commerce site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. You can pay with one of our online payment systems. Risk will pass to you on delivery.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Red Dot Commerce shall be governed by Dutch Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts

6. Guarantee and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, you can return any of them to Red Dot Commerce for an exchange or refund, providing each is returned to Red Dot Commerce within 30 days from the date of order or 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods (whichever is longer). You shall be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. Red Dot Commerce recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. Red Dot Commerce shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason under these Terms, Red Dot Commerce only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Good can only be returned when not opened and originally packaged.

7. Responsibility
If we for any reason cannot follow the terms of trade or there is some damage cause the Red Dot Commerce goods, we only take responsibility for the price of the goods.
